We would like to inform you that the database section in the Portal Website has been renamed to IthanetBase and contains:

• Protocols, both Clinical and Laboratory
• Mutation database for both alpha and beta thalassaemia
• Population-Mutation Frequencies which are directly related to the mutation database
• SNPs The data were collected and collated by Dr. John Old with the contribution of all Ithanet Partners.
